England women’s team defeated Pakistan in the second T20I by 65 runs on Friday at Northampton to take the unassailable 2-0 lead.
The home side registered 144-6 after opting to bat first on the performances from Maia Bouchier (30), Alice Capsey (31), and Nat Sciver-Brunt (31).
For Pakistan, Nida led the bowling attack with 2/33 in her four overs while Fatima Sana, Diana Baig and Waheeda Akhtar made one scalp each.
Dar claimed the record of taking the most wickets in women's T20Is during the match as well.
The 37-year-old took two wickets in her 141st innings and went past Australia's Megan Schutt who has 136 wickets to her name.
In reply, Pakistan were bundled out for 79 in 15.5 overs as English spinners Sophie Ecclestone (3-11), Alice Capsey (2-4) and Sarah Glenn (2-10) stole the limelight.
It must be noted that England won the first T20I by 53 runs at Edgbaston on May 11.
The third and final T20I of the series will be on May 19 in Leeds.
